Refund policy
We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
To start a return, email us at zyvensa@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We'll respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened or used grooming/cleaning items (brushes, paw cleaners) can only be returned if defective.
